The nurse aide is valued and trusted, they are the “eyes and ears” of the health care organization.  To the patient and family, the nurse aide is one of the most valued health care team members. The Oklahoma Hospice and Palliative Care Association (OHPCA) nurse aid training series is being offered to assist in training these giving individuals.
