All Volunteer Coordinators who are employed by an OHPCA member agency are welcome to attend and participate in the quarterly volunteer coordinator meetings.  Meetings are currently be held at Johnnies Charcoal Broiler on NW Expressway (OKC) and are held quartley on Fridays from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm with a working lunch at Johnnies Charcoal Broiler.  These meeting are designed for learning ways to better improved volunteer services for hospice patients through effective volunteer programs.  We rely on your input and expertise as we network and share ideas.   Check the events calendar for scheduled meeting dates.

Social Workers

All Social Workers who are employed by an OHPCA member agency are welcome to attend and participate in the meetings.  Social Workers will meet quarterly on the 3rd Friday of the month at the Johnnie's Charcoal Broiler on NW Expressway (OKC) at 11:00 am.  These meetings are great for networking and wonderful opportunities to share resources with one another.

Nurses Managers

All Nurse Managers who are employed by an OHPCA member agency are welcome to attend and participate in the meetings.  Nurse managers will meet quarterly on the 2nd Friday of the month at location to be announced at 11:30 am.  These meetings provide the opportunity for Nurse Managers to learn ways to improve practices and patient care through effective leadership.  Participants will have time to network with their colleagues.

Bereavement Coordinators/Chaplains

All Chaplains/Bereavement Coordinators who are employed by an OHPCA member agency are welcome to attend and participate in the meetings. This group will meet quarterly on the 1st Friday of the month at a location to be announced.  These meetings will provide an opportunity for Chaplains/Bereavement Coordinators to network with one another as well as provide a platform for sharing/learning skills that will help in providing support for patients, family and coworkers.

Executive Leadership

All Executive Leaders who are employed by an OHPCA member agency are welcome to attend and participate in the meetings.  This group will meet on a quarterly basis at an Oklahoma City at a location to be announced.  Quarterly meeting goals are to assist executive leaders in their daily tasks of juggling a complex number of regulations, finances, team development and more, while leading with confidence and assurance in a ever changing environment.  Meetings will be held at a location where great discussion and lunch may be enjoyed by all.  Location and time to be announced.
