Hospice-The Beginning

this session will provide discussion of some of the misunderstandings of hospice care.  Attendees will be educated abut hospice care and that hospice is more than just care of the dying.  Each role of hte hospice team will be reviewed showing responsibilities and how each role works together as well as supports each other.  Tips for improving relationships when providing hospice care in a nursing home will also be shared.
